About the Coach

Eleonor  Danielsson has worked as a health coach and trainer for 15 years. She is passionate about health from a holistic perspective for both physical and mental well-being. 

Eleonor has extensive experience working with individuals and groups when inactivity becomes a problem and negatively affects everyday life. 

Her training philosophy is based on "dig where you stand," lower the threshold and start small in order to achieve sustainability and lifelong gains.

3 Months to Book Your Workshop

After your purchase you have a period of 3 months to agree on a time and place that suits you best.

At Your Location of Preference

We cover the whole Stockholm area without extra cost. If you want our consultants to travel to another city you have to cover those expenses.

30 Day No Quibbles Cancelations

If for whatever reason you need to cancel the workshop you have a period of 30 days to do so.

  • Can I work with the Coach individually or with my team?

    Gary currently has no openings for 1:1 mentoring but would be happy to discuss

  • Will I get practical tools in these workshops?

    Each workshop is designed to create actionable insights that can be applied in your everyday life at home and at work.

  • Will I have access to the material after the workshop?

    Although these workshops will not be filmed. Some supporting material and films will be available through the Holistal App and some other digital material.

  • Do I need to prepare anything before the workshop?

    You don’t need any prior experience to take part in any of these workshops. It’s only important to come with an open mind and be willing to participate.
